We using DHL, EMS, CARGO.
For Asia, we recommend using EMS. For USA, Canada, EU we recommend using DHL.

Are the resend free?
There will be a resend fee for $50, if you are not up to the requirements, please kindly contact us and we can arrange it accordingly.

Which currency will I be charged in?
We use USD for the currencies.
If your PayPal or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping for a minimum order of $1.000 for all countries
Do I need an import permit?
1. For US, import permits and green/yellow label are required for any number plants.
2. For Canada, import permit is required for the shipment.
3. For Europe, some countries require taxes to be paid by the buyer around € 150 but the amount depends on the destination country. If you do not pay this tax the package will be retained by customs. Please send us the EORI number or PEACH Number to our email or whatsapp.
3. For Singapore, Thailand, and other Asia countries, import permit is required for order more than 3 plants.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs will automatically appear on the checkout page based on the courier (DHL&EMS), country and number of plants to be sent.

How long does it take to ship my order?
The submission process will take up to 3 weeks including the fulfillment process, lab checks and phytosanitary certificate production.

Can I add/remove my order?
Yes, you can, please list the ones you want to add/remove and wait for our admin to follow up with your request. You can also contact us through email or whatsapp
Can I get a refund?
If there are permanent damages, we can offer you a refund, please prepare the proof of damages to our whatsapp or email (unboxing video only) to claim the refund.
Refunds for the damaged plants are 70% of the damages, phytosanitary certificate, shipping fee, and other taxes are excluded from the calculation.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation can only be processed until 3 days after purchasing, please state your reasons and we will proceed with the cancellation.
